GTA 6 leaks spiral as Double Fine secures its IP and Pokémon eyes a battle overhaul
The GTA 6 leak situation has grown into something stranger by the day. The leaker known as Cyberleek is reportedly now charging $165,000 for ad space on future leaks, while fresh details from the latest leaked video include traffic cameras, car trackers, and NPCs that resist being carjacked. Rockstar and Take-Two have Xbox working closely with them to help protect the creative works, according to Xbox's tech chief — and in an unlikely footnote, the game's U.S. Army promotional deal has apparently already convinced at least 20 soldiers to reenlist.
Double Fine has confirmed it retains full IP and publishing rights to all of its games following its split from Xbox, good news for the studio behind Psychonauts. Naughty Dog added another familiar face to Intergalactic, casting an actor from The Last of Us and Uncharted. The Tides of Annihilation developer, separately, pushed back on claims that its heroine's appearance had been altered.
Pokémon free DLC was confirmed at Pokémon Worlds for August 2026, and the franchise's turn-based battle system may be heading for a significant rethink. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is drawing attention on two fronts: reports suggest it runs well on Nintendo Switch 2, and a controversial in-game item is back with notable changes. Vampire Survivors has a release date set for its Legacy of the Bloodmoon expansion, and Mortal Shell 2 pushed out a balance patch that refunds wasted Glimpses, nerfs bosses, and dramatically increases gold drops.
