Grain Rot is a cooperative horror extraction game set in a scorched wasteland where players descend into shifting ruins with teammates to scavenge for loot and resources before retreating to safety. Between expeditions, players rebuild and upgrade their Outpost to improve their chances on subsequent runs. The game combines extraction-based gameplay with base-building mechanics in a procedurally changing environment threatened by hostile Corrupted entities.
