Fable is an action role-playing game developed by Playground Games that reimagines the series' world of Albion as a new beginning rather than a continuation of the original trilogy. The game features moral choices, player freedom, British humor, and the concept of Heroes while establishing its own timeline and characters. It is the first mainline installment in the franchise since 2012 and will release on February 23, 2027 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox.
