BeamNG.drive is a vehicle simulation sandbox developed by Bremen-based BeamNG GmbH that uses soft-body physics to model realistic vehicle handling and damage. Originally released as a Windows and Linux tech demo in 2013 before moving to Steam Early Access, the game is now coming to PlayStation 5. The simulation has been in development for over a decade and is also used for educational, industrial, and academic research applications.
