ALTEREDBLOOD+ is a movement-based first-person shooter platformer for PC releasing November 4, 2026. Players splatter enemies' blood across environments, then stand in pools of blood to alter their abilities and weapons while replenishing health. The game follows a character created by an entity called MOTHER to prevent an extinction event.
